NEW CUSTOMERS: Linnea’s Lights®, LLC is a wholesale company and sells to “the trade” only. By submitting your order, you are certifying that you are ordering for a legitimate business and are recognized at the federal and state level to
make tax-exempt purchases for resale. We reserve the right to request tax
ID and to reject any application that we feel is not “bona fide.”
ORDER MINIMUMS: Min $400 opening, $180 reorder. Orders must be placed in case pack quantities. All domestic and international orders are shipped under prepaid conditions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and payment by direct deposit or ACH. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment.
NET 30 TERMS OF CREDIT: Net 30 terms with a completed credit application are only available to domestic customers in the following industries: hotels & multi-point stores with a consolidated accounts payable department . Net 30 payments must be made by check or ACH only. We do not accept credit/debit cards for terms. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a service charge of 3% of past due balances starting 30 days after date of invoice as well as possible revocation of net 30 terms. If the need for collection arises, all collection fees are to be paid by customer. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
NET 60 TERMS with FUNDBOX: FUNDBOX is our provider of Net 60 terms along with several other vendors in the apparel and gift industries. Apply only once and get accepted for Net 60 terms with FUNDBOX. Apply for terms at:
TERRITORIES AND TERMS: We reserve the right to protect zip codes and/or areas within five (5) miles of active retail partners. Linnea’s Lights® cannot guarantee all territory protection but will research proximity to existing customers with each new inquiry to the best of our ability. For an account to remain active and territories protected, an order must be placed at least once every six (6) months. Partners with no account activity over a six-month period may be closed and subject to opening order minimums. We reserve the right to sell to another retail partner if terms are not met.
ONLINE RETAIL POLICY: We are currently limiting the number of US-based online-only retailers. If you are interested in selling online, please send a link of your store’s website to firstname.lastname@example.org. For approved online stores, product pricing must be MSRP. Linnea’s Lights may not be sold on Amazon.com, EBAY, or any other unauthorized resale site. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale partnerships for all unauthorized reselling or pricing below MSRP.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped prepaid via Linnea’s Lights® FedEx Ground account. We can honor third party shipping requests with a shipping or handling fee applied. Expedited or alternate shipping method requests must be approved and will incur additional handling charges. Since Linnea’s Lights® candles are handcrafted in small batches, please allow a two- to three-week turnaround from time of order. During peak seasons and holiday times, lead time may be longer. For quicker turnaround, call for special accommodations. We reserve the right to halt shipments during periods of extreme heat and cannot guarantee the condition of candles during such period. If shipments are made during extreme heat conditions, additional packaging fees will be applied. For international orders, all orders are shipped F.O.B. Carmel, Indiana 46032.
CLAIMS: Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Damages from shipping must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to email@example.com. Keep all packaging materials and do not use product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. Linnea’s Lights® will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Linnea’s Lights® will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only. No refunds will be given.
RETURNS: At Linnea’s Lights®, we take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise to resolve. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders, or returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
PRICING: We respectfully request all Linnea’s Lights® products to be priced at or above our MSRP in your retail location or online. Wholesale & MSRP prices are subject to change without notice.
